He said he didnt know what the problem was and to call if the alarm triggers again. He said he didnt like the thermostat and I should replace it with a Lennox bc it doesnt have a section to report codes. I told him several times that the alarm keeps triggering even after I clear the codes but he said, just call us out again if they trigger and Ill reset it again but I dont know how to fix the issue or what the problem is. I feel that the tech should had called rheem and asked them for assistance, my unit is brand new less than two years old."

"I called Freschi three times before my appointment and asked the tech to bring filters. When Dustin arrived I asked if he brought the filters I requested, he said NO. I said I was told you guys carry them in your trucks, he said NO. I said. I want filters, it is part of my plan. Dustin said with the equipment I had that I didn't need filters. I still want filters anyway. I called the office again Wednesday and I am waiting for a tech to call to make appointment to come and put some filters in, but I don't know when that will happen. I am not pleased at all. I had better customer service when the company was Comerford, at least Mr. Comerford cared about is clients. I'm looking for a new HVAC company. I'm Very Unhappy. Dustin also put on my receipt that it is recommended that I get two parts. I just had my new system put in a year or two ago, why would I need new parts now????? I'm livid and do not want Dustin coming to my house again."

We were told our part was hard to find and when we asked for the part to be ordered, we never received a call except from the sales rep wanting to sell us a 20k bundle. When we called inquiring about part, we were on hold for over 20 minutes. In the mean time we have received another call from the sales rep wanting to discuss a new unit. We called another company who came out next day did a full diagnostic for the price quoted on the phone, your company quoted visit and apparently diagnostic is another $100 on top, and after a discussion about cost decided to make an appointment with their sales rep and bought a new furnace. Also when we asked them the cost of the part you didnt bother to order it was $800 less than you quoted us and is not at all hard to find. Trying to swindle and up-sale people is bad business and we will never do business with you again."

"Repairing Duct was done by one individual. Tuning was done by another. 2 different days and 2 different inconveniences to enter the unit by taking time off from work. Then when tuning was done, the freon technician came next day and she didnt have enough and had to reschedule - that was the 3rd time someone had to be at home - very frustrating. Hopefully i will get a courtesy credit and not get charged for tuneup. Paid $400+ for freon !!!"

"Our unit is only 5 years old and has already failed. It was purchased from your company and installed by your company. No warranty was offered to help with the repair. I tested the system after repairs and it did NOT perform as it should have. House was 72 degress, run the unit for 3 hours and lowered the inside temp to 71 degees. I fugure on a hot day it will not do much to cool the house down. Right now I am very disappointed in you people. It took 3 days for someone to show up at the house, no call for the no-show appointments."

"We scheduled an appointment for Friday between 10 and 12. At noon, after we had not received a call, I called for a status update. I was told that we did not have a guaranteed appointment and that the rep would be there at sometime during the day. I was NOT told that when I made the appointment. We scheduled our day around that time. We felt we deceived into taking that time so we would not call someone else. The call reps were very difficult to deal with in general. had to give my address several times and constantly repeat details. We the tech finally arrive , he was fine. But, we need a new system and based on our interaction we don't trust your company and are buying it from someone else."

"The message delivered from the tech to my tenant regarding rodent activity in the attic was delivered in a very alarming manner. The same with the minimal insulation in the attic. The findings should have been discussed with me prior to discussing with the tenant. When I spoke with the tech the delivery was in the same alarming manner. Your techs said I had to replace my unit for $11719 and turns out I can fix both units and save about 20% on PG&E for $1600. Seems like Freschi is only interested in selling equipment rather then customer service."
