He called the office and asked them to schedule a service tech to look at the wiring issue. Jason Demarco, who has been our maintenance tech, was scheduled the next day to look at the wiring and fix it if possible. Jason repaired the wire bundle and wrapped the wire nuts with electrical tape. Tested and verified no sparking or melting of the wires. He saved the day since we went one night with no furnace heat and the nighttime Temps were on the 30's."

It's possible that because you deal in Lennox, and I had a Carrier system, both needed to be replaced if either were replaced, but that should have been made clear. I won't be using Freschi in the future because I replaced the system with another Carrier system, so I'll use a Carrier specialist."

I would like to bring up another issue that is not related to technician service, but more about your product pricing philosophy. Dustin observed that the JARD 7.5 uF Furnace Fan Capacitor was measuring slightly lower (still within normal operating parameters) and that it could be replaced now or wait later). I asked how much it would cost to replace the capacitor now and Dustin said it would be $194.00. I remarked that I thought that was rather expensive for such a small part. Dustin said that the company sets the pricing and he does not have any input regarding the cost. I declined his offer and said I would research the part and install it myself at a future date. He was fine with that and gave me verbal instructions on how to replace it....not anything complicated at all. I went on to Amazon and found the exact same part for $8.10 !! So the point I want to make here is that I do not mind paying a fair price for parts and service, but I do find it less than professional on your part that you raise the price of a part by 25X higher than its normal retail cost and pass this on to your unsuspecting or naive customers. I also independently purchased Lennox air filters and UV bulbs for the Bio-Fighter unit that you installed for us. They were at least 70% less than your quoted price. I have hired over the years, professional plumbers, window installers, stone masons, painters and electricians to do work in our home. The majority of these workmen have charged their standard hourly rate and have quoted me fair retail or professional discount prices for the products used. I think Freschi management can do a better job at being more honest and open about the parts they supply and not deceiving their customers. Thanks for reading this. Robert Coleman"

Since this Company does not sell AO Smith, they could have issues proccurring parts which forced me to buy a new unit which they stock parts for. This way, if I have an issue, I will be able to get a technician which knows water heaters promptly."

Since they couldn't reach it, my senior citizen husband had to get up on the couch and bring down the filters for them. They rinsed it off and then handed them back to my husband so he could get up on the couch and put them back. He's too old to be doing that. Isn't that what we pay them to do?"
