Then Sunday was told there was no way of knowing what time the tech would be there. I would like to be contacted by the General Manager to discuss my experience."

I asked our maintenance guy to clean condenser while waiting for service and after the following day Justin showed up and attended to the Lennox unit."

"The technician, Joshua, was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the AC unit, however, when I specifically asked how much I owe he replied $129, but after putting the cover back on the AC he came back and told me that I now had to pay an additional $78. This must be stated up front and especially when the customer asks the correct amount must be given. I was clear in my comments as to why I was having Freschi come out to my home, so to tell me that because he "diagnosed" the issue, I now have to pay $78 more is absurd. That's why I called Freschi to tell me what was wrong with it. Also, I received confirmation that Freschi would arrive between 10 and noon and he arrive shortly after 9. I was not prepared for an early arrival. Besides these two issues, Joshua is very good. I don't think the timing issue was Joshua's fault."

"We usually get a call before a technician arrives. This time we did not. One of our units sits a little high on the wall and usually the tech/crew brings their own ladder. They did not do that this time. Since they couldn't reach it, my senior citizen husband had to get up on the couch and bring down the filters for them. They rinsed it off and then handed them back to my husband so he could get up on the couch and put them back. He's too old to be doing that. Isn't that what we pay them to do?"

I told him I knew we were all social distancing but asked if he would be comfortable putting on his mask and gloves and coming inside to check the blower and install the filter we purchased. He was very nice but told me he didn't have a mask or gloves. Nothing against Joshua, but I really think during these times, all technicians should have a mask and a box of gloves in their truck for those times when a homeowner might need them to come inside to check out their furnace. I was shocked he didn't have a mask or gloves with him on the truck."
