Midland Air Service Experts was delighted to participate in the Midlands Ride for Kids a few weeks ago. This marks the second year that Midland Air has volunteered for this remarkable event that benefits the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the primary nonprofit financing research into childhood brain tumors. The raised money funds free education resources, college scholarships for brain tumor survivors, and emergency financial assistance for families.
Midland Air Service Experts contributed $1000 to this amazing cause and the nationwide event has collected $559,241.44. Rebecca Jumper, Midland Air’s PLUS Maintenance Agreement Specialist, has been helping with the event since 2014 and her dad’s motorcycle group rides in the Midlands Ride for Kids annually.
“My dad’s motorcycle club participates every year because they can have fun and ride motorcycles, all for this incredible cause.” You can see Rebecca’s dad below with his 2016 rider:
The sweet motorcycle club may do it for fun, but Midland Air Service Experts isn’t exactly a motorcycle group. “We just do it to help the kids,” said Rebecca.
