Angela is a knowledgeable and competent technician. She found issues and recommended we have parts replaced before using the heater. The heater was deemed unsafe to use until a part was replaced. She also took the time to install a part to ground our system and keep the unit from electrically overloading. Kenny is also a knowledgeable, competent and very experienced technician. The problem in our heater was much more than what the sensors were telling the techs. He found the underlying issue with our heater, which Angela would have found as well, and the part was ordered. The office called me at 7:35 am to see if they could come that day to install the part, since our heater had not been working for 2 weeks and the house would get down to 52 degrees at night. (Yes, we had a space heater, but it only does so much.) Originally, I was very upset because there was a delay in getting the part we needed, the first time around. Angela called me an personally apologized for a mistake a new person at the office had made. Very nice. Moral of the story, keep calling daily if they say they will call you in 2-3 days and they don't. New people at jobs make mistakes. Lastly, this company is licensed under a contractor's business license. I learned that after a family member couldn't find their business licence.

She did a fantastic job of thoroughly checking and adjusting our heater. She also suggested, and installed, a surge protector on our ten-year old furnace--which I felt was an excellent suggestion as the storm season approaches. She was cheerful, professional, and considerate throughout her time here and completed all the work, including installing the surge protector, quickly. She's a wonderful representative for your firm. I would just like to add that, throughout the years that we have worked with Freschi Service Experts, the quality of technicians you've sent has consistently been of the highest caliber. I was completely satisfied with Freschi Service Experts. The office people who answered the phone were efficient and clear. Our installer David was timely, efficient, and kept us fully informed. Daniel, Gary, and the other office staff were great as well. Over the years I have hired several other Heating & Air companies and had a bunch of problems including incompetence and straight-out lying. Freschi Service Experts demonstrated honesty, competence, and great customer service. I will use them going forward and can highly recommend them.

My water heater started leaking earlier this week. It’s an old one. As old as the house. After a couple phone calls, I decided to go with Freschi air service. They cost less than the other option I was going for and they had someone available to come look at it the day I called. Gustavo Sotomayor is the expert that came. Gave me a quote and said yes. It took about 6 hrs for him to remove my old water heater and install my new tankless water heater. I am relieved that I can rely on Gustavo on handling any plumbing or water issues I have for years. I highly recommend Freschi air service experts especially Gustavo on handling any water, plumbing or any of the services they provide to anyone who needs it.
