Sales Training
The sales training is comprised of:

  • Five (5) Residential Sales Consultant classes yearly.
    • Two week program focused on technical and sales to better empower the RSC for success in their area.
  • Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes annually.
    • Two week class focused on technical and sales to better position the RSC for success in their area.
  • Two (2) different sales courses put on for General Managers biannually, totaling four-and-a-half training days, focusing on sales culture and everyday sales operation.

Technical Training
The technical training for technicians is comprised of:

  • Furnace and air conditioning tune-up procedural training twice a year
  • Heat exchanger and carbon monoxide inspection annually
  • Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ in the spring and fall
  • Continuous NATE certification and specialty classes as needed

Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in supplementary instruction through the roll out of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc curriculum to better provide education to our technical personnel.

Miscellaneous Training

  • Biannually, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to provide support, tools, and structure for operating a business from the P&L standpoint.

Customer Service Specialist

  • Three (3) times annually, perform outbound calling over a one (1) day class. In this course we go over heating and cooling industry basics, why people buy, calling techniques, scripts, customer purchase signs, and overcoming customer objections.

Dispatcher

  • No formal classes offered. As needed training given by the General Manager and applicable staff at the center.
